Linking Your Social Media Profiles
Quick Answer
Add links to your professional social media profiles so visitors can connect with you on LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, and Yelp. Social media links appear as clickable icons on your listing and are visible to all visitors—no login required.
Overview
Social media links help visitors verify your credibility, see your professional activity, and connect with you on their preferred platform. You don't need to fill in all six—only add platforms where you have an active professional presence.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access Social Media Section
Log into your Heritage Web dashboard
Click My Profile in the left navigation
Scroll to the Social Media section

This section is always visible—there's no toggle to hide it
FAQs
Do I need to fill in all six platforms? No. Only add platforms where you have an active, professional presence. Empty fields simply don't appear on your listing.
Can I add other social platforms like TikTok? Currently, only the six listed platforms are supported. For others, consider adding links in your Bio or Website field.
Should I link my personal or business page? For Profile listings, link to your professional accounts. Business pages (Facebook, LinkedIn Company Page) work best for Organization listings.
Why is Yelp included? Yelp reviews provide social proof for service businesses. If you have positive Yelp reviews, linking to your business page can build trust.
