How to upgrade your Profile listing to Sponsor for priority lead access, contact visibility, and premium features

Upgrading your Profile to Sponsor removes the login wall from your contact information, gives you priority access to leads, and unlocks SMS notifications. Since your Profile is your primary professional listing, upgrading it often delivers the best return on investment.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Your Profile

Log in to your Heritage Web dashboard and click My Profile in the navigation menu.

Step 2: Click Upgrade to Sponsor

In the header area of your Profile page, you'll see your current tier labeled as "Free Profile." Click the Upgrade to Sponsor link next to it.

Step 3: Choose Your Billing Cycle

Select your preferred plan:

  • Monthly: $25 per month

  • Annual: $240 per year (save 20%)

Step 4: Enter Payment Information

Enter your credit or debit card details. Your card will be charged immediately, and your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel.

Step 5: Confirmation

Once payment processes, your Profile immediately upgrades to Sponsor. You'll see "Sponsor Profile" in the header, and all Sponsor benefits activate.

No. All your existing information, publications, and settings remain exactly the same. You simply gain access to premium features.

Can I upgrade if my Profile is still pending review?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Sponsor listings receive faster review times (1 business day).

What happens to my SMS recipients if I downgrade later?

Your SMS recipient settings are preserved but become inactive. If you upgrade again, they reactivate automatically.

I have Organization listings too. Do I need to upgrade those separately?

Yes, each listing has its own subscription. However, upgrading just your Profile gives your entire account access to lead priority and unlimited pro bono.
