Quick Answer

To upgrade your Job listing to Sponsor, open the listing from My Jobs in your dashboard and click Upgrade to Sponsor in the header area. Choose monthly ($25) or annual ($240) billing, enter your payment information, and your upgrade takes effect immediately.

Overview

Upgrading your Job listing to Sponsor increases your visibility in search results, speeds up the approval process, and gives you additional team members to help manage responses. For competitive job markets or urgent hiring needs, Sponsor status helps your posting stand out.

Note: Job listings do not participate in lead matching or Private Messages. Applications are handled through your Job Website/Application URL.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open Your Job Listing

Log in to your Heritage Web dashboard and click My Jobs in the navigation menu. Select the Job listing you want to upgrade.

Step 2: Click Upgrade to Sponsor

In the header area of the Job edit page, you'll see the current tier labeled as "Free Job." Click the Upgrade to Sponsor link next to it.

Step 3: Choose Your Billing Cycle

Select your preferred plan:

  • Monthly: $25 per month

  • Annual: $240 per year (save 20%)

Step 4: Enter Payment Information

Enter your credit or debit card details. Your card will be charged immediately, and your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel.

Step 5: Confirmation

Once payment processes, your Job listing immediately upgrades to Sponsor. You'll see "Sponsor Job" in the header, and all Sponsor benefits activate.

FAQs

Does Sponsor status extend my job posting beyond 90 days?

No. All job listings—free and Sponsor—expire after 90 days. However, Sponsor jobs get faster re-approval (1 business day) when you renew.

Why doesn't my Job listing have lead matching?

Job listings are designed for traditional job applications, not Heritage Web's lead matching system. Candidates apply through your Job Website/Application URL. This keeps the hiring process clear and compliant with fair employment practices.

I already have a Sponsor Profile. Do I need to upgrade my Job listing too?

Your Profile upgrade gives your account lead priority and pro bono benefits. Upgrading your Job listing adds per-listing benefits like priority placement in job searches, faster approvals, and additional team slots for that specific posting.

Should I choose monthly or annual billing for a job posting?

For most job postings, monthly billing makes sense since jobs expire after 90 days. Annual billing is better if you frequently post jobs and want to keep a "template" listing active for quick renewals.

Can my team members see applications?

Team members can help manage the Job listing itself, but applications go through your external Job Website/Application URL. Make sure your team has access to your ATS or careers page separately.
