Every Heritage Web listing—whether Profile, Organization, Event, or Job—starts as a free listing. You can upgrade to Sponsor at any time to unlock premium features that increase your visibility and make it easier for potential clients, attendees, or candidates to reach you.

Important Notes
Team slots stack: If you have multiple Sponsor listings, team slots add up (2 sponsors = 6 slots, 3 sponsors = 9 slots)
Grace period: If a payment fails, you have 7 days to update your payment method while keeping all benefits
Refunds: You can request a refund within 7 days of upgrading
Downgrade anytime: Cancel your subscription to return to free at the end of your billing period
FAQs
Do I need to upgrade all my listings?
No. You can choose which listings to upgrade. However, upgrading just one listing gives your entire account access to lead priority and unlimited pro bono.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Contact support to change your billing cycle. If switching to annual, you'll receive the 20% discount going forward.
What happens if my payment fails?
You have a 7-day grace period with full benefits. After that, your listing reverts to free status, but your data and settings are preserved.
Is there a discount for multiple listings?
Annual billing saves 20%. For enterprise accounts with many listings, contact us about custom pricing.
