Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open Your Organization Listing
Log in to your Heritage Web dashboard and click My Organizations in the navigation menu. Select the Organization you want to upgrade.
Step 2: Click Upgrade to Sponsor
In the header area of the Organization edit page, you'll see the current tier labeled as "Free Organization." Click the Upgrade to Sponsor link next to it.
Step 3: Choose Your Billing Cycle
Select your preferred plan:
Monthly: $25 per month
Annual: $240 per year (save 20%)
Step 4: Enter Payment Information
Enter your credit or debit card details. Your card will be charged immediately, and your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel.
Step 5: Confirmation
Once payment processes, your Organization immediately upgrades to Sponsor. You'll see "Sponsor Organization" in the header, and all Sponsor benefits activate.
