Quick Answer
Free job listings include 1 team member slot. Sponsor job listings include 3 team member slots. Slots stack across all sponsor listings on your account—whether they're jobs, profiles, organizations, or events.
Overview
Your team member capacity is determined by your sponsor listings. For HR teams managing multiple job postings, sponsor status provides more flexibility to involve recruiters, hiring managers, and coordinators in the hiring process.

FAQs
Do expired job listings still count for team slots? Yes, as long as the listing remains at Sponsor tier. Expiration doesn't affect team capacity—only tier changes do.
Can one team member manage jobs across different departments? Yes. Team members access all listings under your account, so one person can manage multiple job postings.
We post jobs frequently—do team slots reset? Team slots are based on your current active sponsor listings. Each new sponsor job adds 3 slots; if you pause or remove it, those slots are removed from your pool.
Is the team feature different for jobs than other listing types? No. The Teams feature works identically across all listing types. The main difference is that jobs don't have private messaging, so there's no inbox for team members to manage.
