  • Apply URL directing candidates to your application page

  • Full job details including title, description, salary, location, and requirements

  • Industry targeting to reach candidates in your field

  • Language matching to connect with bilingual and multilingual candidates

  • 90-day active period from approval date

  • Dashboard management to edit, pause, or monitor your listing

Sponsor-Only Features

Priority Placement

Sponsor Job listings appear higher in search results and directory pages, increasing visibility when candidates browse jobs.

SMS Notifications

Receive text message alerts when candidates interact with your listing. Add up to 5 phone numbers for your hiring team to stay responsive.

Additional Team Members

Add up to 3 team members (vs. 1 for Free) to help manage your Job listing. Team members can edit the listing, receive notifications, and monitor activity.

Faster Review

Sponsor listings are prioritized in the review queue—typically approved within 1 business day compared to 2-3 days for Free listings.

When to Choose Free

Free Job listings work well when:

  • You're testing Heritage Web for recruitment

  • The position isn't urgent

  • You have a limited recruiting budget

  • You're hiring for a role with many qualified candidates

  • You want to supplement your existing job board postings

When to Choose Sponsor

Upgrade to Sponsor when:

  • You need to fill the role quickly

  • The position is hard to fill or highly specialized

  • You want maximum visibility across communities

  • Your hiring team needs SMS alerts

  • Multiple team members need access to manage the listing

  • You're recruiting for senior or executive positions

How to Upgrade

To upgrade a Free Job listing to Sponsor:

  1. Go to your Heritage Web dashboard

  2. Click Jobs in the left navigation

  3. Find the listing you want to upgrade

  4. Look for the upgrade option in the listing details

  5. Complete the Sponsor subscription process

Job listing pricing varies. For current rates:

  1. Log into your Heritage Web dashboard

  2. Start creating a new Job listing

  3. View tier options and pricing during the creation flow

  • Both tiers use external applications—Heritage Web doesn't process applications for any Job listing
