Overview
Your team member capacity depends on whether your listings are Free or Sponsor tier. This applies across all your listings under one account, so upgrading any listing to Sponsor increases your available team slots.

Important: The account owner does NOT count toward your team member limit.
How Sponsor Slots Stack
Sponsor benefits apply account-wide. Any sponsor listing—whether Profile, Organization, Event, or Job—adds 3 slots to your total.
Example scenarios:
1 Free Organization = 1 team slot
1 Sponsor Organization = 3 team slots
1 Sponsor Organization + 1 Sponsor Profile = 6 team slots
3 Free Organizations + 1 Sponsor Job = 3 team slots (sponsor overrides)
What Happens When You Downgrade
If your Sponsor listing becomes Free (due to cancellation or payment failure), you enter a 7-day grace period:
All team members retain access during the grace period
You receive notification to reduce your team size
After 7 days, excess members are automatically removed (last added, first removed)
You can re-upgrade anytime to keep all members

Can I negotiate more team slots? Enterprise agreements can include custom team limits. Contact Heritage Web to discuss your organization's needs.
Do expired team members count against my limit? No. Only active team members count. Expired or removed members free up their slots immediately.
If I have multiple organizations, do they share team slots? Yes. Team slots are account-wide, not per-listing. All your sponsor listings contribute to a shared pool of team slots.
What role should I assign to maximize value? Content Manager is ideal for staff who need to edit listings and respond to messages. Admin adds lead purchasing and pro bono acceptance capabilities.
