Quick Answer

Add a company video by pasting a YouTube or Vimeo link in the "Video Introduction" section of your job listing. The video embeds directly on your public listing, helping candidates learn about your company before applying.

Overview

A company video helps candidates understand your workplace culture, team, and what it's like to work at your organization. This is especially valuable in competitive job markets where candidates are evaluating multiple opportunities.

The video embeds directly on your job listing with full playback controls.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Upload Your Video to YouTube or Vimeo

Create and upload your video to either platform. Set privacy to "Public" or "Unlisted" (not Private).

Step 2: Copy the Video URL

Get the share link from your video:

  • YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID or https://youtu.be/VIDEO_ID

  • Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/VIDEO_ID

Step 3: Open the Video Introduction Section

Navigate to your Edit Job page and expand "Video Introduction."

Step 4: Paste Your Video URL

Enter the URL in the "Link to your introduction video" field.

Step 5: Submit Your Changes

Click "Publish Draft" to save and submit for review.

Reusing Videos Across Job Listings

If you're posting multiple jobs, you can use the same company culture video across all job listings. This saves production effort while ensuring consistent employer branding.

For role-specific recruiting, consider creating videos that highlight:

  • The specific team the role is on

  • Day-in-the-life for that particular position

  • Direct manager or team lead introduction

Important Notes

  • YouTube and Vimeo only: Other platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) are not supported

  • Video must be accessible: Set privacy to Public or Unlisted—Private videos won't embed

  • Visibility toggleable: You can hide the video without deleting the URL

  • Same video, multiple jobs: You can use the same company video across multiple job listings

FAQs

What if my video doesn't appear after I save? Check that your video is set to Public or Unlisted on YouTube/Vimeo. Private videos cannot be embedded.

Should we create a video for each job posting? A general company culture video works well across all job listings. Role-specific videos are great if you have the resources, but aren't necessary.

Can we change the video later? Yes. Simply paste a new URL to replace the existing video, then submit your changes.

What if we don't have a company video? The section is optional. Your job listing will display normally without a video. Consider creating one when resources allow—they're effective recruiting tools.
