FAQs

How long does review take? Sponsor listings are typically reviewed within 1 business day. Free listings take 2-3 business days. We recommend submitting at least a week before your event to allow time for review and promotion.

Can I edit my listing while it's pending? Yes. Changes save to your draft and will be included in the review. Click Publish Draft again to ensure your latest changes are submitted.

What happens if I'm rejected? You'll receive an email explaining what needs to be fixed. Make the changes in your listing and click Publish Draft again to resubmit.

Will I be notified when approved? Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation when your listing goes live, and your Publishing Status will change to "● Published" in green.

What if I need to make changes after approval? Edit your Event and click Publish Draft. A new pending version enters the review queue while your current approved version stays live. Once approved, the new version replaces the old one.

How do I know which publications my Event will appear on? After approval, check the Publications tab to see all assigned publications. Staff assign publications based on your Languages and Community Connections.

Should I submit early or close to my event date? Submit early. This gives time for review, approval, and promotion. Last-minute submissions risk not being approved before your event.
