Using the Publication Table
Quick Answer
The Publication Table appears at the top of your Edit Profile page after your listing is approved. It shows every publication (website) where your listing appears and gives you controls for visibility, referral matching, newsletter opt-ins, and social media links for each site.
Overview
Think of the Publication Table as your control center for managing how your listing appears across Heritage Web's network of directories. From here, you can see at a glance which sites feature your listing and toggle individual settings for each one.

FAQs
Why don't I see the Publication Table? It only appears after your listing is approved. If your listing is still pending or has never been published, complete your profile and submit for review first.
Can I remove HeritageWeb.com from my publications? No. HeritageWeb.com is mandatory for all listings. You can hide from community publications but not from the main directory.
What's the difference between Publish and Referrals? Publish controls whether your listing is visible on that site. Referrals controls whether you receive leads from that site's visitors. You can enable one without the other.
How do I get on more publications? Add more Community Connections and Languages to your profile. After re-review, you may be assigned to additional publications.
