To change your lead matching radius from the default 75 miles, contact Heritage Web support at [email protected] with your preferred service area. You can request a smaller radius (25 or 50 miles), a larger radius (100 or 150 miles), or "No Limit" for national/remote services.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Determine Your Ideal Radius

Choose the option that best fits your practice:

You regularly travel or serve multiple nearby cities

You cover a large region or multiple metro areas

Step 2: Send Your Request

  1. Include:

    • Your name and account email

    • The listing you want to modify (if you have multiple)

    • Your requested radius (e.g., "No Limit" or "50 miles")

    • Brief reason (e.g., "I provide remote consultations nationwide")

Hi, I'd like to change my service radius to "No Limit" for my Profile listing. I'm an immigration attorney and serve clients nationwide via video consultations.

Step 3: Confirmation

  1. Support will confirm your request (typically within 1-2 business days)

  2. Your matching radius is updated in the system

  3. No changes appear on your listing—this is a backend setting

Important Notes

  • Radius changes cannot be made in the dashboard—support must process them

  • Changes apply to all services on that listing

  • You can request different radii for different listings if you have multiple

  • "No Limit" is ideal for telehealth, remote consulting, immigration law, bankruptcy, and other services that don't require in-person meetings

Is there a fee to change my radius? No. Radius adjustments are free.

How long does the change take? Typically 1-2 business days after you submit your request.

Can I change it back later? Yes. Contact support anytime to adjust your radius.

Should I request "No Limit" for all my services? Only if you genuinely serve clients regardless of location. If you still need in-person meetings for most services, keep a geographic radius to avoid irrelevant leads.
