Whether you run a law firm, medical clinic, restaurant, nonprofit, or any other entity, Organization listings connect you with clients seeking your services. Unlike Profile listings (limited to one), you can create unlimited Organization listings to represent multiple businesses or locations.

Step-by-Step Creation Process

Step 1: Access the Organizations Section

  1. Log into your Heritage Web dashboard

  2. Navigate to "Organizations" from the main menu

  3. Click "+ Free Organization Listing" button

  4. System creates blank listing and redirects to edit page

Step 2: Enter Your Organization Name (Required)

Use your actual business name:

  • Legal entity name preferred

  • Can drop suffixes like "LLC," "Inc.," "Corp."

  • No marketing taglines or slogans in name field
