Quick Answer

Job listings promote open positions across Heritage Web's network of 300+ community publications. Unlike Profile and Organization listings, Jobs don't participate in lead matching and don't have Private Messages—applications happen through an external Apply URL you provide. Job listings expire automatically after 90 days.

Overview

Job listings help you reach qualified candidates within specific cultural and professional communities. Whether you're hiring an attorney who speaks Farsi, a bilingual medical assistant, or a Korean-speaking accountant, a Job listing gets your opening in front of the right audience based on industries, languages, and community connections.

Job listings are designed for external application workflows—candidates click your Apply URL to submit applications through your own hiring system.

External Application Process

Job listings use an external application workflow:

  1. Candidates find your Job on Heritage Web publications

  2. They click the Apply button

  3. They're directed to your Apply URL (your ATS, careers page, or application form)

  4. Applications are submitted and managed in your own system

Heritage Web does not collect or process job applications—the Apply URL is required so candidates know where to apply.
