What Happens at Each Phase
Active Phase (Days 1-75)
Your job listing displays on assigned publications, appears in search results, and candidates can view and apply through your provided application link.
Approaching Expiration (Days 76-85)
You receive email notifications that your listing will expire soon. This is your prompt to either renew the posting or let it expire if the position is filled.
Final Warning (Days 86-90)
More urgent reminders arrive. If you haven't renewed by day 90, the listing prepares for expiration.
Expired (Day 91+)
The listing is removed from all publications and no longer visible to job seekers. Your listing data remains in your dashboard for reference or renewal.
