Each listing has a primary status and a review status. Primary status is the status of the listing itself. Review status is the status of the Heritage Web team’s review of the latest changes made to the listing.

Indicates that the listing has never been published. The listing can be in draft mode (not submitted for review) or pending review by our team.

Indicates that the listing has been approved and has a live public profile in a specific directory.

An active listing can have draft changes (that have not been submitted for review) or changes pending review. The active listing remains published with the original information while the changes are pending review.

Indicates that the listing has been manually paused by the listing owner or by our team.

When an active listing is paused, the listing will be hidden from the directory until further action. Paused listings do not have a live public page.

Only applies to pending Sponsor Listings. Indicates that the Sponsor Listing is pending completion of payment. Payment must be completed before Sponsor Listings are published.

If there is pending payment for an active Free Listing to be upgraded to a Sponsor Listing, the Free Listing will remain active and published on a directory. The upgrade will take effect when payment is completed.

If there is pending payment for a new Sponsor Listing (never published), the listing will not be reviewed and published until payment is completed.

Only applies to Sponsor Listings. Indicates that the Sponsor Listing has expired due to non-payment. Expired listings are not published on our network or matched with referrals.

Sponsor Listings can be downgraded to Free Listings in the dashboard.

Indicates that the listing has been transferred to or from a member’s account.

Listings submitted for review (both new listings and edited listings) will show a “pending” status.

New listings that are pending review are not published in a directory. An active listing with edits submitted for review will remain active with the original information until approval.

Indicates that the new listing or edits to a listing are approved and published. The listing’s primary status will show “Active”.

Indicates that the listing or edits to the listing have not been approved. Listings and edits to listings may be rejected for a number of reasons. The reason for rejection will be specified in the rejection notification.

A new listing with a “Rejected” status is not published in a directory. An active listing with rejected edits will remain active with the original information listed.
