Instead of each professional creating their own listing individually, you compile all information in one template and submit it for batch processing.

How Bulk Listing Creation Works

Step 1: Request Enterprise Onboarding

Contact Heritage Web to discuss your organization's needs:

  • Number of professionals to list

  • Types of listings needed (Profile, Organization, Event, Job)

  • Timeline requirements

  • Any special configuration needs

Step 2: Receive Your Custom Template

Heritage Web provides an Excel or Google Sheets template customized for your organization type. The template includes:

  • Clear field definitions

  • Example entries

  • Validation guidance

  • All required data points

Step 3: Compile Professional Information

Your team gathers data for each professional:

  • Full legal names (for Profile listings)

  • Professional licenses and credentials

  • Specialties (up to 10 per person)

  • Languages spoken (including staff languages)

  • Office locations and service areas

  • Contact information

  • Community affiliations

Step 4: Submit Completed Template

Return the completed template to Heritage Web. Our team:

How long does bulk setup take? Template completion depends on your data readiness. Once submitted, allow 1-3 business days per listing type for review and approval.

Can we add more professionals later? Yes. New professionals can be added individually or through additional bulk submissions.

Do all listings need to be Sponsor status? No. You can mix Free and Sponsor listings based on your needs. Sponsor status provides benefits like priority lead matching and no login wall for contact details.

Who manages the listings after creation? Use the Teams feature to grant access to staff members who can manage multiple listings. Content Managers and Admins can fully edit listings on behalf of the account owner.
