Quick Answer
Add your Event Website URL in the Locations tab to give attendees a direct link to register, purchase tickets, or learn more about your event. This is especially important for ticketed events or virtual events where the link is the primary way attendees connect.
Overview
The Event Website field appears on the Locations tab and provides a clickable link on your public event listing. This link typically directs to your event's registration page, ticketing platform (Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, etc.), or your organization's event page. For virtual events, this might be your streaming or meeting link.

FAQs
Is the Event Website required?
No, it's optional. However, for ticketed or virtual events, it's essential for directing attendees to registration or joining.
What if I don't have a separate event website?
You can link to any relevant page: your organization's homepage, a Facebook event, or leave it blank if there's no online component.
Can I link to a Facebook or Instagram event?
Yes. Any valid URL works. Social media event pages are common choices.
For virtual events, should I put the Zoom link here?
Yes, but consider privacy. If your virtual event is public, the link here works well. For private events, you might link to a registration page that provides the meeting link after signup.
What if my ticketing link changes?
Update your Event Website field and click Publish Draft. Changes go through the review process like any other edit.
Can I add multiple website links?
No. There's only one Event Website field. If you have multiple links (tickets, schedule, venue info), consider linking to a landing page that contains all the relevant links.
