You can customize your Organization Name and Headline for different Heritage Web publications and languages. Display your business name in native scripts (like Chinese or Farsi) and tailor your headline to resonate with specific community audiences.

Overview

Heritage Web lets you present your business differently across various community publications while maintaining one listing. Your official business name stays the same, but you can add display versions in different languages or scripts, plus customize your headline to appeal to specific audiences.

FAQs

Does changing my display name affect my business registration? No. Display names are cosmetic only. Your official registered business name remains unchanged in our system.

Can I have different headlines for the same language on different publications? Yes. You can customize content per publication, even if they share the same language.

What if I don't customize for a publication? Your default English name and headline display on publications where you haven't created a localized version.

Should my headline be translated or adapted? Adapted is better. A direct translation may not resonate culturally. Write headlines that feel natural to native speakers.

Can I use my name in multiple scripts (e.g., both English and Chinese)? Yes. You can have different display versions for different publications, each in the appropriate script.
