Multiple failed login attempts or policy violations can lock or disable your account. Here’s how to get back in.
1. Identify the Lock Reason
Too Many Attempts: After 5 failures, account locks for 30 minutes.
Policy Violation: Suspected spam or breach of Terms of Service.
2. Wait It Out or Reset Password
If locked by attempts, wait 30 minutes, then retry or reset your password.
3. Contact Support for Disabled Accounts
Email [email protected] with subject: “Account Disabled”.
Include your account email and a brief description.
We’ll review and reinstate within 24 hours.
