Can’t get into your Heritage Web account? Follow these simple steps to resolve the most frequent login hiccups and regain access in minutes.
1. Verify Your Credentials
Double‑check your email address for typos or extra spaces.
Ensure caps lock is off—passwords are case‑sensitive.
Try past passwords if you recently changed yours.
2. Reset Your Password
Click Forgot Password on any login page.
Enter the email linked to your account.
Follow the link in the reset email to choose a new password.

3. Confirm Your Email & Verification
