Why Didn’t I Receive My Verification Email?

Steps to get your email delivered and verified.

If you haven’t seen your “Verify Your Email” message, your account remains unverified—and you won’t be able to log in. Follow these checks to receive and confirm your email quickly.

1. Check Spam & Promotions Folders

  • Look in Spam, Junk, or Promotions tabs in Gmail.

  • Search for emails from no‑[email protected].

2. Whitelist Our Domain

  1. Add @heritageweb.com to your safe‑senders or contacts list.

  2. If you use Gmail, drag the email (if found) from Promotions into Primary.

3. Resend the Verification Link

  • On the login page, click Resend Verification Email.

  • Or, in Account Settings → Email, click Resend next to your unverified address.

4. Check for Typos

  • Ensure the email on file is exactly correct (no extra spaces or misspellings).

  • If you see an error, update the address, click Save, and resend.
