Manage Affiliate Email Notifications

Control which email notifications you receive about your affiliate activity, commissions, and program updates.

Types of Notifications

Commission Alerts

  • New Commission Earned: When a referred customer makes a purchase

  • Commission Approved: When commission clears the 60-day review period

  • Commission Adjustments: Refunds or modifications to your earnings

Payment Notifications

  • Payment Processed: Confirmation when payouts are sent

  • Payment Method Issues: Alerts about failed payments or required updates

  • Minimum Threshold Reached: When you're eligible for payout

Account Activity

  • New Referral Signup: When someone creates an account using your link

  • Expiring Commissions: Reminders at 30, 60, and 90 days before unclaimed commissions expire

How to Customize Notifications

Step 1: Access Notification Settings

Important Notes

  • Critical Notifications: Some notifications (like payment confirmations and policy changes) cannot be disabled

  • Email Delivery: All notifications go to your registered Affiliate Portal email address

  • Separate from Heritage Web: These settings don't affect your Heritage Web Dashboard notifications

  • Expiration Warnings: We strongly recommend keeping commission expiration alerts enabled to avoid losing earnings

Can I disable all email notifications? No. Critical notifications about payments, policy changes, and commission expirations cannot be disabled for compliance and security reasons.

How quickly do commission notifications arrive? Commission notifications typically arrive within 5-10 minutes of a customer purchase.

Can I get SMS notifications instead? Currently, the Affiliate Program only supports email notifications. SMS is not available for affiliate alerts.

Why am I not receiving notifications I've enabled? Check your spam folder and ensure [email protected] is added to your safe sender list. Verify your email address is current in your account settings.
