Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page
Visit affiliate.heritageweb.com (not your regular Heritage Web dashboard)
Step 2: Click "Forgot Password?"
Find this link below the login button on the sign-in page
Step 3: Enter Your Email
Type the email address associated with your Affiliate Portal account
Step 4: Check Your Email
Look for a password reset email from the Affiliate Portal system (check spam folder if needed)
Step 5: Click the Reset Link
The email contains a secure link valid for 24 hours
Step 6: Create New Password
Enter a new password that meets these requirements:
Minimum 8 characters
Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
At least one number
Consider adding special characters for extra security
Step 7: Confirm and Save
Re-enter your new password and click "Reset Password"
Step 8: Log In
Return to affiliate.heritageweb.com and sign in with your new password
