Resetting Your Affiliate Portal Password

Regain access to your Affiliate Portal account when you've forgotten your password or need to update it for security.

To reset your Affiliate Portal password, visit affiliate.heritageweb.com and click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address to receive reset instructions. Note that this is separate from your Heritage Web account password.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page

Visit affiliate.heritageweb.com (not your regular Heritage Web dashboard)

Step 2: Click "Forgot Password?"

Find this link below the login button on the sign-in page

Step 3: Enter Your Email

Type the email address associated with your Affiliate Portal account

Step 4: Check Your Email

Look for a password reset email from the Affiliate Portal system (check spam folder if needed)

Step 5: Click the Reset Link

The email contains a secure link valid for 24 hours

Step 6: Create New Password

Enter a new password that meets these requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters

  • At least one number

  • Consider adding special characters for extra security

Step 7: Confirm and Save

Re-enter your new password and click "Reset Password"

Step 8: Log In

Return to affiliate.heritageweb.com and sign in with your new password

Important Notes

  • Separate from Heritage Web: Your Affiliate Portal password is independent from your Heritage Web Dashboard password

  • Reset Link Expiration: Password reset links expire after 24 hours

  • Email Delivery: Reset emails typically arrive within 5 minutes

  • One-Time Use: Each reset link can only be used once

FAQs

What if I don't receive the reset email? Check your spam/junk folder first. Ensure you're using the email address registered with your Affiliate Portal account (which may differ from your Heritage Web account email).

Can I use the same password as my Heritage Web account? While technically possible, we recommend using unique passwords for each account for better security.

What if my reset link expired? Simply request a new reset link by repeating the process from Step 1.

I'm getting an error saying my email isn't recognized. What should I do? You may be using the wrong email address, or you might not have an Affiliate Portal account yet. Try logging into your Heritage Web Dashboard first and enrolling in the Affiliate Program from there.
