Update your personal info, manage notifications, and contact support

Everything from your name to billing to help requests lives in Account Settings.


1. Personal & Security

  • Settings → Personal Information: Edit name, birthdate, email, and phone (verify both).

  • Settings → Privacy & Security: Change password, enable 2FA (coming soon), delete account.

2. Location & Time

  • Settings → Location & Time: Country, State, City, ZIP, and preferred Time Zone.

3. Notifications

  • Settings → Notifications: Toggle email and SMS alerts for referrals, messages, listing reviews, and billing.

  • Whitelist: Add @heritageweb.com to safe-senders.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

  • Settings → Billing: View subscriptions, update payment methods, download invoices, cancel or change plans.

5. Help & Support

  • Help icon opens a chat widget for Knowledge Base search or live chat.

  • Email Support: Reach out at [email protected].

  • Feature Requests: Submit via Community Forum → Feature Request category.

Tip: Use the chat bubble for fastest answers on simple issues; email for detailed requests.
