Your Partner portal provides comprehensive tools to track referrals, manage payment settings, and analyze performance. Each section serves a specific purpose in managing your partnership effectively. Understanding where to find features saves time and helps maximize your earning potential through better campaign management.

Dashboard Page

Your Command Center

Key Metrics Display: The Dashboard homepage shows four critical performance indicators at the top. View Clicks, Signups, Sales, and Revenue at a glance. Your unique referral link is displayed prominently, accompanied by a "Copy URL" button for quick sharing. These statistics update in real-time, with a 5-10 minute processing delay.

Recent Activity Feed Below your metrics, the Recent Activity section shows your latest referrals. Each entry displays the referral email, action type (Signup/Sale), reward amount, status, and date. Click "View full activity" to see the complete history. This provides a quick insight into recent conversions without requiring navigation away.

Quick Actions: Access support directly via [email protected] link at the bottom of the page. View your current month's performance trends. Copy your main referral link instantly. Check which referrals are close to the 365-day expiration.

Detailed Tracking Center

Comprehensive Activity View: The Referrals page provides your complete referral history with advanced filtering. Search by email address to quickly find specific referrals. Filter by action type: Signup, Sale, Renewal, or Refund. Set custom date ranges to analyze specific campaign periods.

Understanding Entry Details: Each referral shows the complete journey from click to conversion. Status indicators explain approval state: OK, Pending, or Rejected. Reward amounts display with positive values for earnings, negative for refunds. Timestamps accurately record the exact time each action occurred.

Advanced Filtering: The search bar accepts partial email matches for easy lookup. The date picker enables precise period analysis for campaigns. Action dropdown isolates specific transaction types. Export data manually by copying from the table.

Link Management Hub

Referral Links Section: View all your custom tracking links in one organized table. Each link shows its destination URL, sharing options, click count, and signup count. The default link appears at the top, marked as "Default" type. Additional links show as "Additional" with custom parameters.

Creating Custom Links: Click "Create new referral URL" to generate campaign-specific links. Choose from available landing pages: homepage, communities, and pricing. Add internal labels to identify the purpose of each campaign. Each link tracks performance independently for better ROI analysis.

Payment Management

Balance Overview: Four balance categories display at the top of the page:

  • Current balance: Available for next payout

  • Paid: Total historical payments received

  • Rejected reward: Commissions that didn't qualify

  • Total: Lifetime earnings including all categories

Payout Details Configuration: Click "Edit" to modify payment information. Enter PayPal email address (required for payments). Add optional details: full name, address, tax ID. Save changes to update the payment destination.

Payout History: View all previous payment requests and processing dates. Track payment status from requested to completed. Download records for tax preparation. Monitor for any failed payment attempts.
