Quick Answer

Your main referral link is automatically created when you join. Find it in Heritage Web Dashboard → Partners or partners.heritageweb.com → Dashboard. Create custom tracking links in Partner Portal → Resources → Create new referral URL.

Overview

Every partner receives a unique referral link as soon as they join the program. You can use this default link right away or create multiple custom links to track different campaigns. The Partner Portal lets you generate unlimited tracking links for specific pages or marketing channels.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Finding Your Default Referral Link

Step 1: Access Your Link Location

Choose where to find your link based on your preference.

  • For Heritage Web Dashboard: Log into dashboard.heritageweb.com and click "Partners" in the left sidebar.

  • For the Partner Portal: Log in to partners.heritageweb.com and view the Dashboard page.

Step 2: Copy Your Default Link

In Heritage Web Dashboard, your link appears after enrollment (format: dashboard.heritageweb.com?p=XXXX). Click the "Copy Link" button to save to the clipboard. In Partner Portal, find your link at the top of the Dashboard page (format: dashboard.heritageweb.com?p=XXXX). Click "Copy URL" to save it.

Step 3: Navigate to Resources

Log in to partners.heritageweb.com with your Partner Portal credentials. Click "Resources" in the top navigation menu. You'll see the 'Referral links' section, which lists your existing links.

Step 4: Create New Link

Click the "Create new referral URL" button in the top right of the Referral links section. A form will appear to customize your new tracking link. You can create links for specific landing pages or campaigns.

Step 5: Configure Link Settings

Choose your destination page from the available options:

  • Main dashboard page (dashboard.heritageweb.com)

  • Pricing page (dashboard.heritageweb.com/pricing)

  • Custom landing pages as they become available

Add an internal label to identify this link's purpose (e.g., "LinkedIn Campaign" or "Email Newsletter").

Step 6: Save and Use New Link

Click "Create" to generate your custom tracking link. The new link appears in your Referral links list with its tracking stats. Copy the link URL using the copy button next to it. Each link tracks clicks and signups separately for better campaign analysis.
