Step 1: Identify Missing Referrals
Check if someone you referred appears in your Partner Portal under Referrals. If they signed up but don't show in your account, you'll need manual attribution. Act quickly as you have 30 days from their signup date.
Step 2: Request Customer Confirmation
Ask the customer to send a brief email to [email protected]. The email should simply state they signed up after your referral. Have them CC you on this email for verification.
Step 3: Provide Email Template
Share this template with your customer:
"Hi Heritage Web Team,
I recently signed up for Heritage Web after [Partner Name] referred me to the platform. Please attribute my account to their partner referrals.
Thank you!"
Step 4: Follow Up If Needed
