Important Notes
Logo is optional—you can submit without one, but it's recommended.
Circular display—logos are shown in a circular frame, so square logos work best.
Min 200×200px—smaller images may appear blurry.
Max 5MB—larger files will be rejected.
Reviewed during approval—logos should match the company and be appropriate.
FAQs
Is a logo required?
No, the logo is optional. However, listings with logos look more professional and attract more candidate attention.
What if we don't have a logo?
You can submit without one. If your company has any visual branding—even simple text-based graphics—consider using that. Many simple logo makers are available online if you need to create something quickly.
Why is the display circular?
The Heritage Web interface uses circular image frames for logos. Square logos work best as they fill the circle evenly. Rectangular logos may have important parts cropped.
What if my logo is rectangular?
It will be cropped to fit the circular display. Consider creating a square version with your logo centered, or use just the icon portion of your logo if it has one.
Can I use my personal photo instead?
No. The logo represents your company, not you personally. Use official company branding.
What happens if my logo is rejected?
Logos may be rejected if they're inappropriate, don't match the company, or contain problematic content. The rejection email will provide guidance.
How do I remove or replace a logo?
Click the upload area again and select a new image, or contact support if you need to remove it entirely without replacement.
What if the UI shows different specs?
The correct specification is Min 200×200px, Max 5MB. Some older UI elements may display outdated text. Follow the specifications in this article.
