Quick Answer
Job listings display the Hiring Organization logo—not a standalone job logo. Upload your company logo at minimum 200×200 pixels in JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP format (5MB max) within the Hiring Organization section. This is the only image available for Job listings.
Overview
Unlike Profile, Organization, and Event listings, Job listings don't have a primary logo or cover image at the top of the page. The only image option is the Hiring Organization logo within the required Hiring Organization section. This logo helps job seekers quickly identify the employer and builds credibility for your job posting.

Best Practices
Do:
Use your official company logo
Use a high-resolution version (at least 200×200 pixels)
Ensure logo is recognizable at small sizes
Center important elements (accounts for circular crop)
Keep your logo current with company branding
Don't:
Skip the logo—it significantly impacts credibility
Use low-resolution or pixelated images
Upload personal photos (this isn't a Profile listing)
Use logos you don't have rights to display
Upload images with excessive white space
Why the Logo Matters
Even though it's optional within the section, adding your company logo:
Builds trust – Job seekers recognize legitimate employers
Increases applications – Branded postings perform better
Shows professionalism – Demonstrates you're an established organization
Improves recognition – Helps candidates identify your company in search results

FAQs
Why can't I add a cover image to my Job listing? Job listings are designed for simplicity and focus on the job details. Cover images aren't available—the Hiring Organization logo is the only image option.
Is the Hiring Organization logo required? The logo itself is optional, but the Hiring Organization section (name, description, website, location) is required for all Job listings.
Can I use a different logo than my Organization listing? You can, but for brand consistency, most employers use the same company logo across all their listings.
What if my company doesn't have a logo? You can post without a logo, but it's strongly recommended. Even a simple text-based logo improves credibility. Consider creating one with free design tools.
Why is the Hiring Organization section always required? Job seekers need to know who they're applying to work for. The Hiring Organization section provides essential employer context and credibility.
Can I hide the Hiring Organization section? The visibility toggle exists, but hiding employer information is not recommended and may result in fewer applications. Transparency about the hiring company is expected by job seekers.
