Parent Organization Logo

Quick Answer

If your business is a franchise, subsidiary, or affiliate of a larger organization, you can display the parent organization's logo in the Parent Organization section. This logo appears alongside your own business logo to show your affiliation.

Overview

The Parent Organization Logo helps businesses show their relationship with a larger brand, franchisor, or affiliated network. When visitors see both your local business logo and a recognized parent brand logo, it builds additional credibility and trust.

When to Use This Feature

Add a Parent Organization Logo if your business is:

  • A franchise location (show franchisor logo)

  • A subsidiary of a larger company (show parent company logo)

  • A member of a professional network (show network logo)

  • A branch or chapter of a national organization (show national logo)

  • An affiliate of a recognized brand (show brand logo)

FAQs

Do I need permission to use the parent organization's logo? Typically, franchise agreements and affiliate relationships include logo usage rights. When in doubt, check with your franchisor or parent organization.

What if my parent organization doesn't have a logo? The logo is optional. You can complete the Parent Organization section with just the name if no logo is available.

Can I hide just the logo but show the parent organization name? No. The logo and name are part of the same section—you can show or hide the entire section, but not individual elements.

I'm an independent business. Should I use this section? No. Only use the Parent Organization section if you have a formal relationship with a larger organization (franchise, subsidiary, affiliate, chapter, etc.).

How is this different from my main Organization logo? Your main logo represents YOUR business. The Parent Organization logo represents the larger brand or company you're affiliated with. For example, a local RE/MAX office would have their office logo as the main logo and the national RE/MAX logo as the parent organization logo.
