Adding Your Parent Organization or Franchisor
Quick Answer
Go to the Parent Organization section in your Organization listing, enter the parent company's name, and optionally upload their logo. This displays your affiliation with the franchisor, parent company, or larger organization you're connected to.
Overview
Adding your Parent Organization connects your local business to a larger brand. Franchise locations, subsidiaries, and branch offices use this to show visitors their relationship with recognized organizations. The parent's name and logo display on your listing alongside your own business information.

FAQs
Do I need permission to add my franchisor? Typically, your franchise agreement grants permission to use branding. Check your agreement or ask your franchise representative if unsure.
What if I can't find a high-quality logo? Contact your franchisor for official brand assets. They usually provide logos to franchisees. You can add the name without a logo if needed.
Can I add multiple parent organizations? No. The section supports one parent. If you have a complex structure, add the most relevant or well-known parent.
What if my parent company changes names or logos? Update your listing when parent branding changes. Keep your listing current with the latest official branding.
Should I add the parent organization if we have the same name? If your business operates under the parent's exact name (just with a location modifier), adding the Parent Organization still makes sense for the logo and to show the corporate connection.
