Configure email and SMS notifications to be alerted when you receive messages, leads, or other activity on your Organization listing. Email notifications are available to all users; SMS notifications are a Sponsor feature. Set preferences in the Notifications section of your listing.

Overview

Notifications ensure you never miss an important inquiry or lead. When someone messages you or you receive a matched referral, Heritage Web can alert you via email, SMS, or both. Prompt responses improve your chances of converting leads into clients.

Enabling Email Notifications

  1. Go to your Organization listing edit page

  2. Scroll to the Notifications section

  3. Find email notification settings

  4. Toggle on the notifications you want

  5. Verify your email address is correct

  6. Save your changes
