Add your degrees, schools, and graduation years to build credibility with potential clients. You can add up to 10 education entries. Unlike licenses, education credentials are not verified by Heritage Web—they're displayed as you enter them.

The Education section lets you showcase your academic background, including degrees earned, fields of study, institutions attended, and graduation years. This information helps visitors assess your qualifications and builds trust. Education is for display purposes only and does not affect lead matching.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access the Education Section

  1. Log into your Heritage Web dashboard

  2. Click My Profile in the left navigation

  3. Scroll to the Education section

  4. Click to expand it

Step 2: Add an Education Entry

  1. Click Add Education +

  2. A new entry block appears with four fields:

  1. Complete each field

  2. Click Add Education + to add more entries (up to 10)

Step 3: Control Visibility

  1. Find the Visible toggle in the section header

  2. Toggle ON to display education on your listing

  3. Toggle OFF to hide it (entries remain saved)

Step 4: Save Your Changes

  1. Review your entries for accuracy

  2. Click Publish Draft at the top of the page

Important Notes

  • Maximum of 10 education entries

  • Education is not verified—you're responsible for accuracy

  • Education does not affect lead matching (display only)

  • Visibility can be toggled on or off

  • List degrees in order of relevance (most important first)

Is my education verified by Heritage Web? No. Unlike licenses, education credentials are self-reported and displayed as entered. You're responsible for accuracy.

Does education affect which leads I receive? No. Education is for display only. Lead matching uses Industries, Languages, Licenses, and Location—not education.

What should I include? Include degrees earned, relevant certifications, and significant professional training. Start with your highest or most relevant degree.

Can I hide my education? Yes. Use the visibility toggle to hide the section from your public listing. Your entries remain saved.
