Quick Answer
Add your degrees, certifications, and academic training to showcase your educational background. Education entries are self-reported (not verified) and are for display purposes only—they don't affect lead matching or which publications you appear on.
Overview
The Education section lets you highlight the academic credentials that shaped your expertise. You can add up to 10 education entries, each with four required fields: Degree, Major, University or institution, and Year.
Unlike licenses and certifications, education credentials are not verified against external databases. They display on your public profile to help potential clients understand your background and qualifications.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Education Section
Navigate to your Edit Profile page and find the "Education" section. Click the section header to expand it.

Order matters: Entries display in the order added, so add your most important credentials first
Cannot reorder: To change the order, you must delete entries and re-add them in your preferred sequence
FAQs
Can I add degrees in progress? Yes, but note that there's no specific field for "in progress" status. You may want to indicate this in the degree name (e.g., "MBA Candidate") or wait until completion.
Do I need to add every degree I have? No—focus on degrees relevant to your professional services. You're limited to 10 entries, so prioritize credentials that build client confidence.
Can I hide my education from my public profile? Yes. Toggle the visibility switch to "off" in the section header. Your education information is saved but won't display publicly.
Why isn't my education verified like my licenses? Licenses require verification because they determine legal authorization to practice. Education is supplementary credibility information that visitors can independently verify if needed.
