Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to Password Reset

Go to partners.heritageweb.com in your browser. Click "Log in" if you see the main page. Look for "Forgot your password?" link below the password field. Click this link to start the reset process.

Step 2: Submit Reset Request

Enter your Partner Portal email address in the field. This must be the email registered to your partner account. Click "Send Reset Link" or "Submit" button. You'll see confirmation that reset instructions were sent.

Step 3: Check Your Email

Open your email inbox within 5-10 minutes. Look for email from [email protected] or Heritage Web Partner Program. Check spam/junk folder if not in inbox. The reset link expires after 24 hours.

Step 4: Create New Password

Click the secure reset link in the email. Enter your new password meeting these requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters length

  • At least one uppercase letter

  • At least one lowercase letter

  • At least one number

Confirm your password by typing it again. Click "Reset Password" to save changes.

Step 5: Log In With New Password

Return to partners.heritageweb.com login page. Enter your email and new password. Click "Login" to access your Partner Portal. Consider saving password in a password manager.
