Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Your Profile

Log in to partners.heritageweb.com with your current credentials. Click the profile icon in top right corner. Select "My profile" from the dropdown menu. Scroll to the "Login details" section.

Step 2: Initiate Email Change

Locate your current email address in the Email address field. Click the "Change email" button on the right. A form or modal will appear for entering a new email. Your current email is displayed for reference.

Step 3: Enter New Email

Type your new email address carefully. Double-check for typos to avoid access issues. Ensure the new email inbox is accessible. Click "Send Verification" or the "Continue" button.

Step 4: Verify Both Emails

Check your OLD email for security confirmation. Click the verification link to approve the change. Check your NEW email for the activation link. Click to confirm the new email address. Both verifications must be completed within 24 hours.

Step 5: Confirm Change

Return to the Partner Portal after both verifications. You may need to log in with your new email. Your password remains the same unless you change it. Verify the new email appears in My Profile.

  • Commission history: All referrals and earnings transfer to the new email automatically
