Step 1: Access Your Profile

Log into partners.heritageweb.com with your Partner Portal credentials. Click the profile icon in the top right corner. Select "My profile" from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Delete Section

Scroll to the bottom of the My Profile page. Find the "Delete my account" section. Review the 14-day recovery notice.

Step 3: Delete Account

Click the "Delete" button. Confirm your decision in the popup dialog. Your account enters a 14-day grace period.

Step 4: Recovery Option (If Needed)

To recover within 14 days, email [email protected]. Include your partner email and request reactivation. After 14 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible.

FAQs

What happens to pending commissions? Claim all earnings before deleting. Unclaimed commissions are forfeited after account deletion. The 14-day grace period doesn't extend commission claims.

Can I rejoin the program later? Yes, but you'll start fresh with a new account and partner ID. Previous referral history and commissions won't carry over.
