1. Check Error Message
On Payment Subscriptions, look for the Failed status and click View Details.
2. Common Causes
Expired Card: Update expiry date in Payment Methods.
Insufficient Funds: Ensure your account has available balance.
Bank Decline: Contact your bank to lift restrictions.
3. Retry the Payment
Click Update next to the failed subscription.
Choose a valid payment method and confirm.
4. Contact Support
