Understanding Lead Purchase Invoices

Quick Answer

Every lead purchase generates an individual invoice that's immediately available for download as a PDF. Access your invoices through Payments β†’ Payment History, where you'll see both subscription charges and lead purchases listed chronologically with download buttons for each transaction.

Overview

Proper invoice management is essential for expense tracking, tax documentation, and business accounting. Heritage Web provides detailed invoices for every transaction, clearly distinguishing between one-time lead purchases and recurring subscription charges.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Your Payment History

Navigate to the Payments section from your main dashboard menu. Scroll to the "Payment History" section to see all your transactions listed in reverse chronological order.
