Having trouble completing a payment? This guide covers typical errors—card declines, expired cards, failed charges—and how to fix them fast.
1. Identify the Error
Card Declined: Double-check your billing address, contact your bank, or use a different card.
Expired Card: Update expiry date or add a new card (see Adding & Removing Payment Methods).
2. Retry the Charge
Go to Payment Subscriptions.
Click Update on the subscription marked Failed.
Choose a valid payment method—our system will retry within 24 hours.
3. Contact Support
If the problem persists, email [email protected] with your account email and a screenshot of the error.
