2. Prepare Your Listings Spreadsheet
Copy the sample CSV file.
Create a CSV file with your information.
Email the file back to Heritage Web support.
3. Our Import Process
Support validates your file, confirms mapping, and schedules the import.
You’ll receive confirmation when listings are live or drafts are queued for review.
4. Follow‑Up & Verification
Review imported listings in My Listings and spot‑check a few entries.
Contact Support if you need adjustments or spot errors.
Tip: Include a sample row and column headers in your first email to ensure correct field mapping.
