Hours of operation appear on your public listing for each location, helping potential customers know when to reach you. Unlike other contact details on free listings, hours are always visible to everyone—no login required. Each location can have its own unique schedule.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access Your Location
Log into your Heritage Web dashboard.
Click My Organizations in the left navigation.
Select your organization.
Click the Locations tab (third tab).
Find the location you want to configure.
Step 2: Add Hours for Each Day
Locate the hours section within the location block.
Click the + button next to the day you want to add hours for.
Set the opening time using the time picker.
Set the closing time using the time picker.
Repeat for each day you're open.
Step 3: Add Multiple Time Slots (Optional)
For businesses with breaks (like lunch closures):
Add the first time slot (e.g., 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
Click the + button on that same day again.
Add the second time slot (e.g., 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM).
Step 4: Remove Hours
Click the − button next to a time slot to remove it.
Click remove to clear all hours for the entire location.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
Review your hours for accuracy.
Click Publish Draft to submit.

How do I show I'm open 24 hours?
Add a single time slot from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM (or 00:00 to 00:00), or use a slot like 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
How do I indicate we're closed on a particular day?
Simply don't add any hours for that day. Days without hours show as closed.
Can I show holiday hours?
Not currently. Hours represent your regular weekly schedule. Consider updating temporarily for extended holiday closures, or add a note in your Overview.
How do I show "by appointment only"?
Hours of operation show set schedules. If you're appointment-only, you might leave hours blank and mention this in your Overview or use the Private Messages feature for scheduling.
Do hours affect when I receive leads?
No. Lead matching happens regardless of your posted hours. You'll receive leads based on geographic and specialty matching, not business hours.
