Cover Image Guidelines
Quick Answer
Your Organization cover image is an optional banner that appears at the top of your listing page. Upload an image at 1200×300 pixels for best results, with a maximum file size of 5MB. Use it to showcase your business location, team, branded graphics, or products.
Overview
The cover image adds visual depth to your Organization listing and helps potential clients visualize your business. While your logo identifies your brand, your cover image tells a story—showing your storefront, team, workspace, or professional environment. It's completely optional, but a well-chosen cover image makes your listing more engaging and memorable.

Design Considerations
Keep Important Elements Centered
Cover images may crop differently on desktop versus mobile devices. Keep important visual elements in the center to ensure visibility on all screen sizes.
Account for Logo Overlap
Your Organization logo (circular) overlaps the bottom-left corner of the cover image. Avoid placing important content—like text or key visuals—in that zone.
Best Practices
Do:
Use high-resolution images (at least 1200×300 pixels)
Show your actual business location or team
Keep important elements centered
Update images when your business changes
Choose images that reflect your brand identity
Don't:
Place text or logos in the bottom-left corner (logo overlap)
Use low-resolution or pixelated images
Upload images with watermarks
Use stock photos when real photos of your business are available
Include text that may be cut off on mobile
Important Notes
Cover images are optional—your listing works fine without one
Cover images can include logos, branded graphics, or team photos
Cover images are visible to all visitors (not behind login wall)
Changing your cover image triggers a review, but your current image stays live
The same cover image appears across all publications where your listing is visible
FAQs
Is a cover image required? No. It's completely optional. Your listing displays normally with a solid color background if you don't upload one.
What's the difference between the cover image and additional images? The cover image is a banner at the top of your listing. Additional images (up to 5) appear in a gallery section and let you showcase more details about your business.
What happens if my image is the wrong size? The system will crop to fit the 4:1 aspect ratio. For best results, size your image to 1200×300 pixels before uploading.
Can I use the same cover image on my Profile listing? Yes. You can use the same image across multiple listings if it's appropriate for both.
How do I remove my cover image? Click on the existing cover image in edit mode, then use the remove/delete option. Click Publish Draft to save changes.
