Keep your pro bono cases organized and track outcomes from start to finish.
1. Accepting Cases
Click Accept in the Pro Bono Dashboard to claim a request.
Once accepted, the status becomes Assigned and you see all intake answers.
2. Service & Notes
Use Add Note to log calls, meetings, or progress.
Keep all case details within the dashboard for transparency.
3. Completing & Archiving
When done, click Complete.
To clean up, select cases and click Archive; archived cases move out of active view.
4. Follow-Up
After completion, the requester receives an email notifying them of your assistance and contact info.
