Requesting a Refund

Step‑by‑step process to get your money back.

If you’re eligible for a refund, follow this process to have charges reversed promptly.

1. Review Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unused periods.

2. Submit a Refund Request

  1. Go to Account Settings → Billing.

  2. Click Request Refund next to the relevant subscription.

  3. Complete the form with purchase date, reason, and amount.

3. Confirmation & Processing

  • You’ll receive an email acknowledging your request within 24 hours.

  • Refunds process in 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
