Why Isn’t My Listing Showing?

First steps to diagnose a missing listing.

If your profile, organization, job, or event isn’t visible, start here to pinpoint the cause.

1. Confirm Your Publishing Status

  • In My Listings, check the Status column: Active, Paused, or Pending Payment.

2. Check Change Status

  • On the Edit page, look at the Change Status badge; it must be Approved.

3. Verify Publication Selection

  • Ensure you’ve selected the correct Publications under Publishing Settings.

4. Search Directly

  • Use site search on HeritageWeb.com or Publication domain to find your listing by name.
