If your profile, organization, job, or event isn’t visible, start here to pinpoint the cause.
1. Confirm Your Publishing Status
In My Listings, check the Status column: Active, Paused, or Pending Payment.
2. Check Change Status
On the Edit page, look at the Change Status badge; it must be Approved.
3. Verify Publication Selection
Ensure you’ve selected the correct Publications under Publishing Settings.
4. Search Directly
Use site search on HeritageWeb.com or Publication domain to find your listing by name.
