Sales Cycle Stages
Sign-up to Sale Conversion
Initial Signup Phase: When someone clicks your referral link and creates an account, they appear as "Signup" in your reports. Free account creation triggers tracking, but doesn't generate commission yet. Signups remain attributed to you for future upgrades within 12 months. Cookie attribution lasts 60 days from initial click.
Conversion to Sale Referrals appears as "Sale" when they upgrade to any paid plan. The commission is calculated at 30% of the payment amount. Sales can happen immediately or months after initial signup. You earn commission on their first 12 months of payments.
Renewal Tracking: Monthly subscriptions generate new commission entries each payment cycle. Annual subscriptions generate a single, upfront commission. Renewals show as separate line items in your activity feed. The commission stops after 12 months from their first payment.
Commission Calculation Timeline
Payment Processing Flow Referral makes payment → Sale appears in your dashboard within 5-10 minutes. The commission amount is calculated and shown in the "Reward" column. Balance updates are immediately available for payout requests. Commissions are calculated on NET-30 basis from referral payments.
Commission Status Progression: New sales begin with a "Pending" status for 24-48 hours to facilitate verification. Approved commissions change to "OK" status. Rejected items show "Rejected" with zero reward value. Only "OK" status commissions count toward payout balance.

FAQs
When do free signups convert to sales? Conversion timing varies by user need. Some upgrade immediately, while others do so after weeks or months. Your 12-month commission window starts from their first payment, not their sign-up date.
Why is my commission less than expected? Verify the actual payment amount for the referral. Commission is 30% of what they paid. Discounts, promotions, or different plan tiers affect commission amounts.
Do I earn a commission on referral renewals for the lifetime of the referral? No, commission earnings stop after 12 months from the date of the referral's first payment. After 12 months, renewals no longer generate commission for you.
What happens if a sale shows "Rejected"? Common reasons include payment failure, immediate cancellation, or duplicate accounts. Rejected sales don't count toward your balance or 2-referral minimum.
Can I download my commission reports? Currently, manual export is required. Copy data from reports to your spreadsheet. Take monthly screenshots for your records.
