Update your payout information at any time through the Partner Portal to ensure that commissions are sent to you correctly. PayPal is the only supported payment method. Changes take effect immediately for your subsequent payout request.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access the Partner Portal
Navigate to partners.heritageweb.com in your browser. Log in with your Partner Portal credentials (not your Heritage Web Dashboard password). You'll land on your Partner Dashboard, which will display your referral statistics.
Step 2: Navigate to Payouts
Click "Payouts" in the top navigation menu. The Payouts page displays your current balance, the amount paid, and any rejected rewards. Look for the "Payout details" section in the middle of the page.
Step 3: Open Edit Mode
Click the "Edit" button on the right side of the Payout details section. The form will expand to show editable fields. PayPal will be pre-selected as the payment method.
Step 4: Enter Payment Information
Enter your PayPal email address in the "PayPal email" field (required). This must be a valid PayPal account that can receive payments. Optionally, complete these additional fields:
Full name: Your legal name for payment records
Address: Your business or personal address
Tax ID: Your tax identification number if applicable
Step 5: Save Changes
Click the blue "Save" button to confirm your updates. Click "Cancel" to discard changes. You'll see a confirmation message that your payout details have been updated.
Step 6: Verify Your Information
After saving, the form returns to view mode. Confirm your PayPal email appears correctly. Check that any additional information you entered is accurate. Your subsequent payout request will be made using this PayPal account.
