The Payment Subscriptions section lists all your active Heritage Web subscriptions, so you always know what you’re subscribed to, how much you’re paying, and when your next payment is due.
1. Locate Active Subscriptions
Navigate to Dashboard → Account Settings → Payments > Payment Subscriptions.
Review the table showing Product/Service, Amount, Next Payment Date, and Card Ending in ••••.[last 4 digitsof card on file]
2. Update Your Card on File
To change the card used, click Update next to the relevant subscription (see Updating Payment Methods on Your Subscriptions).
3. Cancel a Subscription (If Available)
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts. Some plans require contacting support to cancel.
