Whether you need more features or want to scale back, Heritage Web lets you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription on your own schedule.
1. Access Your Subscription Settings
Go to Dashboard → Account Settings → Subscription.
You’ll see your current plan, billing cycle, and next payment date.
2. Upgrading Your Plan
Click Change Plan.
Select a higher-tier option (e.g., from Free to Sponsor, or Monthly to Yearly).
Review any prorated charges or discounts, then click Confirm Upgrade.
Your new plan takes effect immediately.
3. Downgrading Your Plan
In the same Change Plan screen, select a lower tier.
Note that you’ll receive a prorated credit for unused time on your current plan.
Click Confirm Downgrade—the change applies at your next billing date.
4. Cancelling Your Subscription
Under Subscription, click Cancel Subscription.
Confirm by clicking Yes, Cancel My Plan.
You’ll keep paid features until the end of your current cycle; after that, you revert to a Free Listing.
Tip: If you only want to hide a listing temporarily, consider pausing it instead (see below) rather than cancelling your entire plan.
